Your application stays with the gathering.

Lucentive is the controller for this event application. We use the information to administer invitations, review applications, protect guests, assign a session and provide approved guests with logistics.

Clerk provides sign-in, Convex stores event-private records and Stripe Identity verification is not part of this first release. If it is enabled later, it will be hosted by a specialist provider and original identity documents will not be stored by Lucentive.

Optional sensitive reflections are reviewed only for this gathering, kept outside ordinary list views and excluded from automated admission decisions. Documentary participation is a separate choice.

You can export, withdraw or delete your active application. Final retention periods, international-transfer safeguards and any minimal legal evidence retention remain subject to counsel review. Contact privacy@lucentive.io to exercise rights or ask for the applicable supervisory-authority route.
